Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 c. sliced strawberries or sliced peaches, whole raspberries or whole blackberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 large box strawberry Jell-O or peach, raspberry or blackberry Jell-O (depending on fruit used)
    Cool Whip or cream (optional)
Preparation
    Use 4-quart saucepan.
    Bring water, cornstarch and sugar to a boil.
    Boil 2 minutes; remove from heat.
    Add Jell-O; let cool, then put in sliced strawberries.
    Pour into prebaked pie shells. Refrigerate.
    Top with Cool Whip before serving.
