Cream Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Press 1 large crescent roll on bottom, up to 1 inch on sides.
    Beat 1 cup sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and the 2 packages cream cheese, together.
    Cut a piece of wax paper the size of pan and spray it with Pam.
    Press the other package of crescent rolls on wax paper and flip it onto cream cheese mixture in pan.
    Pinch the dough together.
    Beat egg whites with fork and spread on top of crust.
    Take 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
