Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sour milk (1/2 Tbsp. vinegar and 1/2 c. milk)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. shredded peeled zucchini
    1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
    Beat well.
    Mix together dry ingredients and add to cream mixture.
    Beat well.
    Stir in shredded zucchini.
    Pour in a greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
