Clam Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans minced clams (with juice)
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. oregano
    4 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 lb. butter
    3/4 c. Italian breadcrumbs
    6 slices white American cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter; mix all ingredients, except cheese. Pour into pie plate. Cut 1/4 strips of cheese and lay on top in crisscross pattern. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers, toast points or chips.
