Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 qt. popcorn (popped)
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. oleo
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine syrup, sugar, cream of tartar and oleo.
    Bring to boil and boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add baking soda.
    Popped corn should be in large roaster pan.
    Pur syrup over corn.
    Stir until well coated.
    Put in preheated 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Store in airtight container.
