1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 1/2 c. white corn meal
2 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
