Peach Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large box peach Jell-O
1 pt. vanilla ice cream (2 c.)
large container cool Whip
large can sliced peaches
coconut and pecans (amount you want)

Preparation

To peach Jell-O, add 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup of the peach juice.
Add the pint of ice cream to hot mixture.
Let melt.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Add peaches, coconut and pecans.
Put peaches on top if you want.
Best to let set overnight in the refrigerator.
