Red Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes
    fresh parsley
    1 can black olives (unpitted)
    olive oil
    garlic flavored wine vinegar
    garlic powder
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook red potatoes.
    After cooked, quarter unpeeled.
    While warm, add fresh parsley, olive oil, garlic flavored vinegar, garlic powder and pepper to taste.
    Mix.
    Serve at room temperature.
