Hobo Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. ham, diced
    1/2 small onion, diced
    2 large potatoes, baked and diced
    1 c. broccoli
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet over medium-low heat.
    Combine ham, onion, potatoes and broccoli in skillet, stirring until potatoes are browned.
    Reduce heat to low and sprinkle with cheese.
    Continue heating until cheese melts.
    Remove from heat and divide equally onto two plates.
    Top each serving with 1 tablespoon sour cream and serve immediately.
