Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    2 medium sized onions
    2 eggs
    3 rounded Tbsp. flour
    4 tsp. salt
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Peel and grate potatoes and onions into a bowl of water to cover.
    When ready to mix all ingredients, drain and rinse potatoes and onions and dry with a tea towel, as dry as possible. Add remaining ingredients.
    Drop by spoonfuls on a greased grill or frypan.
    Cook until brown and tender when pierced with a fork. Serve with applesauce and sour cream on the side.
