Ingredients

1 pkg. chipped dry beef
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1/4 to 1/3 c. flour
Preparation

Brown chipped dried beef in butter.
Mix milk with flour until smooth.
(May shake in container to mix).
Add milk mixture to frypan and stir until it thickens.
May be served over toast or cooked noodles.
Serves 4 to 6 persons.
