Old Fashioned Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
3/4 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. jelly
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Beat eggs until lemon-colored.
Beat in sugar gradually, approximately 5 minutes.
Fold in flour, baking powder and salt. Turn into 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until surface springs back when pressed.
