Sunday Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    4 half chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms or 6 oz. can
    1 c. Daisy sour cream
    2 tsp. fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Arrange chicken breasts in 8 x 8-inch dish.
    Combine all ingredients except rice.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Cover with vented plastic wrap.
    Microwave for 15 minutes. Turn chicken over. Re-cover and microwave 10 to 20 minutes longer.
    Serve chicken over the cooked rice.
