Candy Coated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. (1 stick) oleo
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Cook carrots
until
tender;
drain.
Combine sugar and oleo; stir over
medium
heat until bubbly.
Add Tabasco sauce and salt. Remove
from heat.
Add lemon juice and hot drained carrots. Toss gently until coated evenly.
