Rice-A-Roni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chicken Rice-A-Roni
    1 box peas
    1 can water chestnuts
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, without the leaves and cut into 1/4
    1 can sliced olives
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. walnuts or pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Make Rice-A-Roni as directed.
    Add box of peas while Rice-A-Roni is in last 15 minutes of cooking.
    Let mixture completely cool.
    Add water chestnuts (chopped).
    Add artichoke hearts, cut into 1/4.
    Add olives.
    Add nuts (optional).
    Add mayonnaise.
    Mix well and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    Serves 10 to 12.
