Pineapple Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 broiler, cut up
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 (3 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Coat chicken with flour mixed with salt and spices.
Brown in oil in skillet.
Remove chicken to casserole; set skillet aside. Mix sugar and cornstarch in small pan; stir in soy sauce and syrup drained from pineapple.
Cook, stirring until sauce is thick and clear.
Pour over chicken in casserole.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
