Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Nanny's Pie Crust (see index under Pastry)
1 can sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter, softened

Preparation

Prepare pie crust according to recipe directions.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
