June'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    boiled chicken, deboned
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
