Pizzelles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. anise flavoring (vanilla or almond flavoring can also be used)
Preparation

Combine the ingredients.
Add as much flour as needed to make a smooth thin batter, much like a cake batter.
Pizzelle irons are needed to cook these delicious pastries up.
While still warm, sprinkle confectioners sugar on the top.
Store in an airtight container.
Do not attempt to make these on a day that is too humid.
