Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh baby carrots
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. flour
1/4 c. orange juice
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch of cinnamon
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Steam carrots; drain.
Over low heat, melt butter and stir in flour.
Add orange juice, light brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Stir constantly until smooth and slightly thickened.
Stir in vanilla.
Mix glaze and carrots.
Makes 2 large servings.
