Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 stick (1/4 c.) margarine
    1 c. buttermilk
    6 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except egg whites.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold gently into buttermilk mixture and pour into 2 (9-inch) deep dish pie shells.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven until brown and set.
