Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
3 to 4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs and add sugar and milk.
Sift together 1/2 of the flour with salt and baking powder.
Beat until smooth and add only as much more flour as needed.
Batter should be thin enough to run through a funnel.
