2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans cut green beans, sliced
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained, cut in quarters
4 oz. olive oil
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
