Potato Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 potatoes, quartered and boiled
    1 large stalk broccoli
    3 to 4 Tbsp. lo-fat sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Microwave broccoli until tender.
    Put potatoes, broccoli, sour cream and seasonings in food processor and blend. Eat as is or put in baking dish to reheat.
    Good, healthy and green!
