Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh spinach
    2 or 3 spring onions or 1 red onion
    6 slices bacon
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    garlic or garlic salt
Preparation
    Wash and break the spinach in pieces.
    Chop the spring onions or thinly slice the red onion.
    Fry, drain and chop the bacon. Chop the eggs.
