Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    1 carton sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut into chunks.
    Put into a 9 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Mix sour cream and chicken soup together and pour over chicken.
    Crush crackers and mix with poppy seed; sprinkle over top of soup mixture.
    Melt oleo and pour over top of crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
