Gazpacho Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. spicy tomato juice
    3 Tbsp. gelatin
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. cucumber, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    In large bowl dissolve gelatin in 2 cups tomato juice.
    Heat remaining juice and add to gelatin mixture.
    Add veggies and place in greased 5 cup mold.
