Pork Chop Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. cubed day old bread
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in a little margarine in a frying pan.
    Add the onion and celery. Cook until golden brown.
    Mix in the bread cubes, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Or use Stove Top stuffing as directed on package.
