Potato Filling-Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    warm milk
    1 large onion, chopped finely
    4 pieces celery, chopped finely
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cubed bread
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 well beaten egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil and
    mash the potatoes.
    Add warm milk; beat until light and
    fluffy.
    Cook\tthe
    chopped onion and celery in the butter; do\tnot
    brown.
    Add the cubed bread, parsley, egg and salt and pepper.
    Add
    this\tto the potatoes.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
