Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 to 4 drops red food dye
2/3 c. sugar
1 to 2 tsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion, quartered
Preparation
-
Place all ingredients in a blender container.
Cover and blend on high speed until completely mixed.
Refrigerate in a tightly covered container up to 4 weeks.
Serve on fruit or tossed salad. Makes 2 cups of dressing.
