Speedy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 small container sour cream
    1 to 2 tsp. fresh or dried dill
Preparation
    Saute meat until brown.
    (If using ground beef, drain off excess fat.)
    Add celery and onion and cook until soft.
    Add mushroom soup and 1 can water and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add sour cream and dill and cook until thoroughly heated.
    Do not let boil once sour cream is added.
    Serve over egg noodles.
    Serves 4.
    Recipe can be doubled.
