Ozark Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. chopped apples
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs; stir in sugar and vanilla.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir into eggs.
    Stir in apples and nuts.
    Bake in 9 x 9-inch pan (buttered or sprayed with Pam).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Let cool in oven before taking out.
    Serve with milk, ice cream or plain.
