Easy To Make Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (8 oz.) can condensed milk
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    5 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    In a double boiler over pan over medium heat, brown the sugar until golden brown; do not burn.
    Once golden brown and liquid, remove from heat and coat pan all around.
    Let it sit for 5 minutes.
    Blend the rest of the ingredients in blender and pour into sugar coated pan.
    Set oven temperature at 375\u00b0.
    Place double boiler pan in oven.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Insert knife; if clean the flan is cooked.
    Cool.
    Then turn the flan over into a deep dish and refrigerate.
