Tijuana Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. dry bread cubes
    1 can chili beef soup or 1 can chili
    shredded cheese
    chopped green pepper
    chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can chili
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix beef, soup, onion and rest of ingredients. Shape firmly in a shallow baking dish.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0. Serve with shredded cheese, green pepper and tomato topping.
