Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 or 9-inch) pie shell
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 small chopped onion
    6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Fry sausage; crumble.
    Drain.
    Cool slightly and mix with cheese, onions and flour.
    Mix beaten eggs with milk and pour over other ingredients in shell.
    Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or filling is firm and pastry is browned.
    Can be frozen and reheated.
