Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small sweet potatoes or as many that will fill a 4 qt. casserole
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on until done.
    Peel and slice to line casserole dish.
    Make sauce with other ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Pour over sweet potatoes and bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
