Rumaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chicken livers, cut in half
    1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (7 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    18 slices bacon, cut in half
Preparation
    Wash livers and pat dry.
    Marinate livers for 30 minutes in honey, soy sauce, oil and garlic.
    Put slice of chestnut on chicken liver and roll up; wrap bacon around that and secure with toothpick.
    (Keep bacon chilled; easier to wrap with.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bacon is crisp.
    Serve immediately.
