Dot'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
melted butter
Preparation

Place potatoes in pan.
Sprinkle grated cheese over potatoes, then pour soup over all and top with cracker crumbs which have been mixed with butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
