Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. rhubarb, fresh or frozen
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together first five ingredients.
    Spread 3/4 of mixture into 9-inch square pan.
    Add rhubarb.
    Cook last three ingredients until clear, add vanilla.
    Pour liquid over all.
    Sprinkle on remaining mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Great served warm with ice cream or half and half.
