Old Fashioned Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 soup bone with meat
    1 c. carrots, grated
    1 c. celery with leaves
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    3 peppercorns
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 c. egg noodles
Preparation
    Cut meat off bone and brown in heavy saucepan (large).
    Add bone and 6 cups water.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients.
    Cook over low heat for 1 hour or more until done.
    Can be frozen.
