Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. caramels
1 stick margarine
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix cake mix according to directions.
Pour 1/2 of batter in an oblong greased cake pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
While cake is baking, melt caramels and margarine in milk.
Pour over baked cake.
To remaining cake batter, add the chocolate chips and pecans.
Pour over caramel layer.
Bake for 20 minutes longer.
