Grandma'S Cabbage Rolls(Hungary) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 c. rice
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 large cabbage leaves
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 large can sauerkraut
Preparation
    Put cabbage leaves and 1 cup water in large pot and steam until wilted.
    Remove leaves and set aside.
    Mix pork, rice, salt and pepper until combined thoroughly.
    Place mound of meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf.
    Roll loosely.
    Fold sides to form roll. Put sauerkraut into large pot.
    Layer cabbage rolls on top of kraut.
    Pour over tomato juice.
    Cook over medium heat for 2 hours.
