Easy Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10-oz.) frozen puff pastry shells, baked
    1-lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed
    2 jars (12-oz. each) Pepperidge Farm golden gravy
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
    3 c. cooked, cut-up vegetables (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    In a skillet brown chicken in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Pour off fat:add gravy, lemon, thyme and vegetables. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until done. Spoon into pastry shells. Serves 6.
