Hot Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    salt to taste
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced almonds
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    potato chips
Preparation
    Blend meat lightly with mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion; mix.
    Add celery and almonds.
    Mix it all and put in baking dish. Top with 1 cup crushed potato chips and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    I double everything!
    Even better leftover and cold.
    Great for lunch.
