Marge Mantoni'S Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. summer squash
    1/2 c. butter
    1 small chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) bag herb season stuffing
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion for 5 minutes; drain.
    Mix soup, sour cream and carrots together in a bowl; pour over squash.
    Mix all together.
    Melt butter and mix stuffing together.
    Take half and cover bottom of casserole dish, then pour squash mixture in pan. Sprinkle rest of stuffing mix on top.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
