Potatoes Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
    3/4 c. half and half, heated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chives
    1 1/2 tsp. dill weed or seed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Whip the potatoes with cream, sugar, butter, salt and pepper.
    Add chives, dill weed or seed and spinach. Beat well. Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered.
    Serves 8.
