Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops (as many as you want)
    1 beaten egg
    Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing, crushed (approximately 1 c. for 4 chops)
Preparation
    Dip pork chops in egg on both sides, then dip in crushed stuffing.
    Brown on both sides in frying pan.
    Use deep casserole dish.
    Put a little water in bottom of dish; stack chops up on end.
    Do not lay them down on bottom of dish.
    Cover; bake for 1 hour.
