Ingredients

2 or 3 Tbsp. plain gelatin
1/2 pt. boiling water
2 or 3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 pt. cream
1 can evaporated milk
other milk to finish filling freezer
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in small amount of cold water.
Add evaporated milk, beaten eggs, sugar and cream.
Mix good.
Add boiling water to mix.
Strain into freezer.
Add 3 teaspoons or more vanilla and milk to fill.
