Baked Red Snapper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh or previously frozen red snapper fillets or other fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. cloves and mace
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Place fillets in greased baking pan. Drizzle juice over fish. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of cloves and mace. Bake fish in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
