Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    2 cakes yeast
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 oz. butter
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Scald milk and let stand until lukewarm.
    Add yeast to milk.
    Mix flour, salt, sugar, butter and water together in a large bowl.
    Add yeast mixture to flour mixture.
    Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place until dough is doubled in size, about 40 minutes.
    Punch dough down. Divide into 24 pieces.
    Place each piece into lightly greased muffin pan and cover, letting rise again.
    Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 2 dozen rolls.
